Four Rivers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit agency providing comprehensive, integrated mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability services to promote the health and quality of life for consumers in Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Marshall, and McCracken counties. The Pennyroyal Center was established on September 1, 1967 and now provides mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disabilities services to the 8 western Kentucky counties of Caldwell, Christian, Crittenden, Hopkins, Lyon, Muhlenberg, Todd and Trigg.
The Community Crisis services offers debriefings and psychological first aid response to schools, shelters, community centers, public meetings, and areas of impact. We link victims to counseling, public education, and referral/advocacy services.

The Kentucky Community Crisis Response Board (KCCRB) provides the entire spectrum of critical incident stress management (CISM) services from pre-incident training, acute crisis response, and post-incident support to emergency services personnel who have encountered a traumatic event. Traumatic events include: line of duty deaths, multi-casualty incidents, use of deadly force, suicide of a first responder, events involving children, prolonged incidents, terrorism, and any other overwhelming event.
These services are provided at no cost in attempts to prevent the destructive effects of emotional trauma, job related stress, and accelerate recovery from critical incidents before stress reactions can negatively impact an individual's career, health and family.
Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem. It doesn't cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem.
A.A.'s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
